A Starbucks and an Anytime Fitness are opening in a new strip mall on the north side of Sioux Falls.  “The area of northwest Sioux Falls has a growing population of students, with about 1,500 at Jefferson and more than 2,000 at Southeast Technical College.”, according to the article.
