The location also overlooks the river and downtown. The Starbucks took over the former pool area in the hotel that Hegg reported was “underutilized and costly.”

A $20-million plus interstate interchange located at 85th street and I-29 is slowly picking up.  Officials estimate beginning the project as early as 2021.  The environmental assessment is underway, and then designs can be finalized to identify necessary land acquisitions.

Construction on LINC at Gray’s Station in Des Moines, IA begins

Hubbell Realty Company has begun construction in Des Monies, IA. LINC I at Gray’s Station is the first component of the larger Gray’s Station neighborhood and is located on the prominent corner of MLK Jr. Parkway and SW 11th Street in downtown Des Moines.
